Young Wardaman are learning to recognize the different kangaroo tracks. The male plains kangaroo, yunemburrgu is larger than the female, gandawal tracks. They usually appear in pairs. The river wallaby is smaller than these tracks and the rock wallaby smaller again while the left handed wallaby has the smallest track and is mostly shown with the front paw.
